This community is just what my mother needs. The staff are very much on top of her care.
My mother lives at the community and they have very loving & caring people working there. We’re satisfied with the services and accommodations she is provided. Management is exceptional, available and always answer my calls. They home cook everything, the menu is very healthy with fresh fruits & vegetables and the servers are loving to the residents. The activities are entertaining and well planned. Her apartment is well kept, clean and there is always a fresh scent. Everything in the building is well maintained, which is very important to mom and I. The healthcare staff is amazing, knowledgeable and accessible. In general, mom feels safe, comfortable and they hire exceptional people.
The staff here were always there for us and were very good. They kept my wife’s room clean, they kept the building maintained and they were right on top of any issues that my wife had. They did a good job.
I recently put my mom in Fox Trail M. C. Living Cresskill. The staff are awesome! I started with a respite and she made so many friends and became more social. The team made the process so easy I learned it was best for my mom to stay!
We moved my father to this community recently. He surprised my sisters and I by settling in quickly and accepting help from staff. We visit often but know he is happy and well cared for when we cannot be there. We are very grateful.
